Insurance

Insurance is complementary product which is offered as in addition to loan service. Insurance protects customer and his/her family against risk of payment insolvency in case of unfavorable situations. Home Credit offers this product in cooperation with insurance company Generali China. So far this product is available only in limited number of POS (shops).

More details:
• Insured event: death or total permanent disability caused by sickness or accident which happened during insurance period.

• Insurance period: insurance usually starts within 3 working days from signing the POS loan contract and customer is insured until last day of last installment period unless was cancelled.

• Insurance claim: in case of insured event, insurance company pays all the remaining payments instead of customer (or his/her family) including all fees up to 110% of customer’s initial loan amount.

• What to do in case of insured event:
 Customer (or his family) has to inform Generali within 30 days from occurrence of insured event. There are various communication channels:
